This classic massage employs long soothing strokes to improve circulation, relieve muscle tension, and increase mobility; leaving you in a deeply relaxed, stress-free state. The perfect “body, mind, spirit” treatment to maintain good health.
Combinations of various massage modalities are used to address specific concerns, including back and neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff injuries, sciatica, and other muscle involved issues.
Combining traditional massage techniques, with stretching and weight counterbalancing, Shiatsu promotes self-healing, and encourages greater harmony of energy. Pressure is applied to specific zones of the body located along the acupuncture meridians. This treatment brings about a sense of relaxation while stimulating blood & lymphatic flow. Come prepared wearing loose fitting, comfortable clothing; as Shiatsu is practiced fully clothed on a padded mat, on the floor.
Soothing massage specifically designed for the expecting mother; offers relief from chronic muscle tension, nausea, swelling, and other common discomforts of pregnancy. Sinus Massage A combination of acupressure massage, essential oils, cooling globes, and reflexology to help open sinus passages; reducing swelling and headaches related to sinus pressure. Head, Neck & Back This massage employs a variety of techniques focused to release tension in the head, neck, shoulder, and back areas. Reflexology Massage An alternative therapy involving application of pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques.
